how do I speak to text on my ipad3
I have some vision problems. I would like to speak what I want to type. How do I make my iPad3 do type what I say in Pages?
iPad 2, iOS 7.0.3, iPad3
I actually found the answer to this myself.
You must turn off your Bluetooth keyboard in order for this to work.
You will then notice a microphone icon on the bottom left of the screen keyboard, and if you click on it, you may speak your text.
I believe this works on anything that excepts text, but I'm not sure.
I am very new to this and I don't know which programs this will work.
I did create this text with the voice recognition software already on my iPad3.
I love this feature because I have arthritis and it hurts to type.
